All orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Cold Hearted, we know that when you place an order you want it straight away. Thats why all orders placed weekdays before 10am are dispatched the day of your order and sent via overnight express courier.
Initial order confirmation emails aren’t confirmation of your shipping. Once your orders been dispatched you’ll receive an email outlining shipping details and providing you with your tracking number and link. For orders placed after 10am, over the weekend or on public holiday, your order will be dispatched the following business day. During peak busy periods & holidays please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your order before dispatch.
For all click & collect orders, we are based in Auckland, New Zealand. Please email us to arrange collection (please note we generally require 1 business days notice).
We use overnight express shipping for all NZ orders.

TRACKING INFORMATION
All deliveries will be provided with a tracking number. This will automatically be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.
PRE-ORDERS
For all Cold Hearted Jewellery pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
If there is a delay with a pre-order item our friendly team will be in touch to advise you of the delay and make arrangements with you. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders or email us at hello@coldheartedjewellery.com to arrange this.
Please be aware that if a pre order item/s are delayed it is outside of our control. Causes for delay can be due to manufacturing or freight delays. Refund is not possible unless we can't physically supply your order.
