RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Cold Hearted we go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy with your order. If you change your mind about your purchase Cold Hearted will happily exchange the item or offer a store credit, within the first 14 days of receiving your order. We also offer a 30 day warranty on all items.
To organise a return, email our team at email@example.com with your order number and returns preference. Returns must be sent via tracked courier only within 5 days of contact and details must be sent to Cold Hearted via email. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed once received.
Cold Hearted will not accept any returns when:
- A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged, or is not in its original packaging
- If the item is earrings, sadly due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings under any circumstances; please choose carefully
- If the item is made to order
- If the item is returned outside of the time frame stated above
- If the item is a final sale piece
- If damage has occurred due to personal wear & tear, discolouration due to metal-skin reaction, mishandling or not caring for your piece as per our Care Instructions it will not be eligible for exchange.
One's body chemistry may also affect how jewellery wears, this is due to the fact that some people's PH levels, perspiration & body oils are can be more acidic than others. This may cause discolouration or oxidisation to your jewellery, if this is the case Cold Hearted is not responsible for returning or exchanging items.
Cold Hearted is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
Cold Hearted is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Cold Hearted is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
Cold Hearted is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you may incur for international shipping.
